Bonus Premium: To reward Squaxx who annually subscribe to both magazines, I traditionally offer a different bonus premium each year at no extra charge in the UK. (Europe and the Rest of the World pay a small contribution towards airmail fees.) This year it’s a paperback collection of classic Future Shocks by the likes of Grant Morrison, Brian Bolland, Kevin O'Neill and Carlos Ezquerra, featuring many that have never been reprinted before.
Mailing costs: The way the system works is to use the base cost of code A3 (£160) when you register for the combi subscription.
